Thanks so much! Start with a base color, then use either the tip of your brush or a dotting tool to create scattered polka dots on your nails. After, use a small brush with black polish to create the cheetah effect, you want to outline some of the polka dots in uneven half circles, and others outline completely except for a small break. Looking at a picture of cheetah print helps me! :)
